The number of photo sites grow by the day. One issue for reusing photos for web content is following fair use rights. The rights vary depending on the site and the photographer. Sometimes obtaining and understanding those rights becomes a hassle. One location I return to again and again for web photos is www.sxc.hu. The usage rights are stipulated very clearly for each photo and the quality of images tend to be sharp and very useful for a whole range of topics.

Yea, that’s a great site.
I like Free Range Stock, they have the same usage rights for all of their photos, and it is very liberal. The number of photos is a little limited though.
