The Direct Marketing Association has developed a nifty Privacy Policy Generator for your website disclosure statements. It has a beefy array of questions, with some topics I would not have thought to include. If you run a commercial website, this generator will be a real time saver. Just check-off the appropriate boxes and generate the code either in an email sent to you or return it directly to the page.
