As a compliment to CrossLoop which we covered earlier, Simplehelp is another tool to keep handy in a well stocked tech support arsenal. Featuring a wide variety of well written walk-throughs, screenshot simulations and tutorials, I have found Simplehelp to be a fantastic resource. It is a very well done site chock full of tips and tricks to help users of all levels learn to better use their computers.

The image is pointing to simplenet.net which gets a 404. Should it be simplehelp.net? All other links in the story go to the correct URL.
