We’ve been prominently displaying our phone number and answering the phones in person since we launched our service in May 2004. As for being “genuinely happy” when people call, you bet we are! I never get tired of the surprise people share when they actually get a live person on the phone, and everyone here at FreshBooks answers the phones which I think is even more special.
Anyway, I don’t think I could have articulated how we feel about phone support or our product better myself.
